Crowdediting is a unique, built-for-DiEM25 tool which allows thousands of members to simultaneously indicate which changes they'd want to make to a document (such as a MeRA25 bill for parliament or a DiEM25 policy paper draft).
If you've ever edited a Google Doc or other document with more than five people, you know how quickly it gets messy, how quickly you lose the overview of who suggested what, and how quickly sentences become incoherent when changes overlap. Multiply this by 100 or 1000.
In DiEM25's Crowdediting tool, everyone gets their own copy of the document in which they can indicate changes, but these changes are automatically summarised section-by-section for the authors, so that they can retain an overview and quickly decide what needs to be changed.
You can try this tool at https://internal.diem25.org/en/crowdedit_texts/7 - this is just a test and your submission won't be reviewed by anyone, because the editing period for this short policy paper is over and the final text has been approved by All Member Vote (AMV).
